Saya sedang sangat berbahagia. Akhirnya dapet sponsor untuk penggandaan CD The Bije. Accent adalah sponsor pertama itu, CD Bije akan dibagikan secara gratis oleh mereka.
Accent adalah perusahaan baju untuk cewek, silahkan kunjungi website mereka untuk melihat-lihat (atau tepatnya ngintip, sebab resminya baru akan di-launch dalam beberapa hari kedepan sudah resmi online sejak tanggal 25 April 2008).

Satu saat saya baca “How to Survive the Loss of a Love“. Di buku online ini, saya nemu banyak sekali puisi bagus yang sangat inspirasiin saya untuk bikin lagu.
Awalnya saya nulis lagu ini untuk diri saya sendiri, nggak ada rencana untuk mempublikasikannya. Tapi beberapa temen yang kebetulan denger mendorong saya untuk melakukannya.
Untuk itu artinya saya harus minta ijin pada pemegang hak ciptanya. Dengan sok pede saya email Dr Bloomfield, saya attach juga mp3-nya. Diluar dugaan, saya nggak perlu waktu lama untuk nunggu balesannya, dalam satu atau dua hari Dr Bloomfield dengan sangat sangat ramah membalas dan memberikan ijin yang saya minta.

Biasanya saya pake software mandiri FileZilla kalo ngutak-atik sisi gelap dari web (hal-hal yang lebih ke sistem, bukan ke content).
Tapi beberapa hari kemaren saya bilang met tinggal sama dia, saya nemu FireFTP yang menyediakan semua fungsi FileZilla yang saya butuhkan, bedanya dia tetep menjaga saya untuk tetap dalam lingkungan Firefox, browser terhebat sepanjang beberapa jaman itu..

Beberapa kali mp3 yang saya taroh di Internet Archive ga bisa diakses. Bahkan ada satu file yang nggak pernah bisa diakses sama sekali meski saya udah protes dua atau tiga kali. Akhirnya saya kembali ke pangkuan FileDen.
FileDen, tidak seperti hosting file gratis umumnya, membiarkan kita menggunakan deep linking, hal yang memungkinkan saya untuk memasang mp3 saya ke player bikinan 1 Pixel Out yang saya pake disini.
Meski tidak disebutkan di Terms of Service mereka bahwa akan ada file deletion setelah file kita nggak aktif dalam jangka waktu tertentu, pada forum resminya kita bisa tau bahwa setelah 30 hari nggak aktif file juga akan dihapus, umumnya free file hosting memang gini. Jadi dalam kurun satu bulan, pastikan file tersebut pernah diakses, didownload atau paling nggak dibuka foldernya.
